Delivery Details and Requirements

Delivery is considered complete when your wallpaper(s) reach the address specified in your order. Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery information, as Paper Perfect Walls is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.

To facilitate a smooth delivery, we ask that you or an authorized person is available to receive your order. If no one is available and no specific delivery instructions are provided, the courier may hold the order and arrange a follow-up delivery. If this occurs, please contact us to reschedule or provide updated instructions.

Should there be multiple failed delivery attempts, and you do not arrange a new delivery or collect from a depot, we will contact you for further instructions and may apply additional storage or redelivery charges.

Ownership of Products

Ownership of the wallpaper(s) will transfer to you once full payment has been received. Until that time, Paper Perfect Walls retains ownership rights and reserves the right to reclaim the wallpaper(s) if necessary.
