General Warranty Statement

At Paper Perfect Walls, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for domestic use within Australia. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the wallpaper purchased through our website.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty applies to wallpaper used in domestic settings and covers only manufacturing faults present at the time of purchase. If you detect any damage or defect upon receiving your wallpaper, please notify us in writing within 7 working days by contacting sales@paperperfectwalls.com.au. An original purchase invoice is required to make a warranty claim.

Warranty Exclusions

Please note, the warranty is considered void if:

• The wallpaper has been altered, tampered with, or modified by an installer, a third party, or any other unauthorized individual.
• Damage occurs from improper handling, installation, or environmental factors outside of normal domestic use.

The customer is responsible for postage costs when returning items for warranty evaluation.

Lodging a Warranty Request

To submit a warranty request, please email sales@paperperfectwalls.com.au with the following information:

1. A detailed description of the defect.
2. Your purchase details, including the original invoice.
3. Any relevant photos of the defect in the installed wallpaper.

Upon receiving your request, we will conduct an inspection and assessment of the wallpaper. If the defect is covered by our warranty, we will replace the defective wallpaper. Please note, repair or replacement under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.

If the defect is determined to be outside the scope of our warranty, we will provide a full explanation of the findings.
