Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Paper Perfect Walls. We strive to ensure you’re satisfied with every purchase. Below are our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Refund Policy

We allow a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation and refund. Beyond this timeframe, the order process for your wallpaper(s) may already be underway, making refunds more difficult. For any questions, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Processing Refunds

In special circumstances, refunds may be approved beyond the initial 24 hours. If approved, we’ll notify you and process the refund back to your original payment method within 30 days. If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times vary. For further assistance, contact us at info@paperperfectwalls.com.au.

Exchanges and Returns for Change of Mind

For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, please let us know within 24 hours of your purchase. We may not be able to accommodate requests after this period as the order may have progressed. If an exchange is possible, we will inform you of any price adjustments, delivery timing changes, or other impacts on your order and will proceed only with your confirmation.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your wallpaper arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 7 days at info@paperperfectwalls.com.au. Please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing any damage to the product or packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue, including a replacement if applicable. Note that once wallpaper is installed, we cannot accept liability for any post-installation damage.

Return Eligibility

For returns to be accepted:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Products should be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.

Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll process any eligible refunds. Please note that damaged or altered items may not qualify for a refund.
